Meet
Tracey.
Tracey has held senior and executive leadership roles over the last 17 years across NZ.
Tracey has a particular interest in supporting employee wellbeing and psychological safety in the workplace. This is surprisingly easy to achieve, inexpensive and yields huge returns for everyone in the workplace. “Much of my managerial experience has been under the mentorship of men and women that I’ve had the good fortune of working with. Luckily for those I’ve managed I have learnt a great deal about what works well and what does not”.
She has demonstrated experience and success leading a range of organisations. Tracey obtained a law degree in 2005 and was admitted to the bar in 2006. Since then, she has focused on business and management roles, in which her legal training has been instrumental.
With a love of details and efficiencies underpinned by simplicity, and a drive for plain English, making systems work for people, not the other way around. Tracey realised over time the enormous benefit of running proactive rather than reactive operations. Losing time recreating processes or repeated tasks that could be managed through implemented process and/or the use of technology.
“Goals are good for setting a direction, but systems are best for making progress.”
