Automating Away the Pain of Recruitment
These days the administration of recruitment processes is significantly detailed and requires diligent follow through. Ensuring that we have all our bases covered can be exhausting. And that doesn’t include the onboarding process and worry about whether it is consistent across all new hires or not.

Map out your HR processes – identify the processes you want to automate e.g., recruitment.
Identify the tasks involved, any inputs, outputs, and stakeholders e.g., advertise, receive applications, shortlist applicants, inform unsuccessful applicants, invite candidates for interviews, interview, inform unsuccessful applicants, vetting, offer, contract, and onboarding.
Evaluate software options available based on your needs and available integrations e.g., Monday.com, Elmo etc.
Implement and test. Set the software up, adjust as much as possible to meet your processes, stakeholders, and timeframes. Establish automations and test to ensure that it is working well.
Bring your Team on board and train them on the software.
Monitor and evaluate, best practice is to continue to modify over time to ensure the needs of your business and your Team is always met.
