2.     An initial mapping out of the business’s operations.

5.     Auditing all existing systems.

The first 45 mins is free for all new clients, which would cover #1 and possibly #2 from the list above.

To complete mapping, audit existing systems and identify all critical operations an investment of $810 - $1620, depending on the scale of the business, is required - costs will only be charged for time spent. This investment results in the documentation of your businesses systems (this is your proposal) with identification of all of your existing documentation, policies, forms, technology etc.  It provides you with information to plan for anything that is missing from your systems and to decide who to allocate critical business tasks to, at a defined frequency.

The proposal will quote for work to be completed either by Tracey alone or in conjunction with a nominated person in the business. Work can be phased, to be completed in stages, for cost management.
